No refunds, returns, or exchanges on any nail products due to hygiene, safety, and health concerns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please reach out with any questions before ordering.

Customer is responsible for reading item descriptions and shop policies, in full, prior to ordering.

Custom press on orders have up to 2 week processing time. Longer processing times will be discussed with the customer on an as needs basis, prior to the start of the order.

All custom orders must submit a 50% deposit prior to the start of any work. Deposit amounts will be applied towards the total cost of the item.

Custom Orders not deposited within 3 days of confirmation will be cancelled.

Orders cannot be changed after confirmation.

No refund due to customer sizing errors. Sizing is the customer’s responsibility to provide. Please see the Sizing Page to confirm your correct size. Send us a message if you are uncertain of your sizing.

Incorrect shipping information cannot be corrected after the order has been mailed. If the wrong recipient information is provided and the package is returned to PugLeg Parlour, the customer must pay for the order to be reshipped to the correct address. Cancellations and refunds will not be provided due to customer error.

PugLeg Parlour is not responsible for shipping carrier errors. Once the order is scanned into the carrier’s system, it is no longer under PugLeg Parlour’s control.

Always perform a patch test before use of any products to ensure no skin sensitivities or allergic reactions will occur.
